Usage / Acceptable Use Policy

GOSHbooth is designed for fun, celebration, and creating positive memories. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we ask all guests and event hosts to follow these guidelines.

1. Appropriate Use

• The photo booth is for personal, celebratory use at private and corporate events.
• Event hosts are responsible for ensuring guests use the booth appropriately.

2. Prohibited Content

Do not use the photo booth to capture:

• Obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive content.
• Content that harasses, demeans, or violates the dignity of any person.
• Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Content that violates any applicable law.

3. Equipment Care

• Guests must treat all equipment with reasonable care.
• The event host is responsible for any damage caused by guests to GOSHbooth equipment.
• Deliberate damage will be charged to the event host at replacement cost.

4. Enforcement

• GOSHbooth operators may pause or stop the service if these guidelines are violated.
• No refund will be issued if service is stopped due to a usage policy violation.
