Refund & Cancellation Policy

    We understand plans change. Here's our fair cancellation and refund policy for GOSHbooth bookings.

    Cancellation by Client

    Cancellation by GOSHbooth

    • If we cancel due to equipment failure or unavailability, 100% refund within 5–7 business days.
    • We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative date if cancellation is on our end.

    Service Failure During Event

    • If the booth fails to operate for more than 30 minutes during the event due to our equipment or software, a partial refund will be discussed and agreed with the client.
    • Minor technical interruptions (under 30 minutes) do not qualify for refunds.

    Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds returned to original payment method only.
    • Cash payments refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
