Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's our fair cancellation and refund policy for GOSHbooth bookings.
Cancellation by Client

| 7+ days before event | 100% refund of advance paid |
| 3–6 days before event | 50% refund of advance paid |
| Less than 48 hours | No refund |
| Day of event / no-show | No refund |
Cancellation by GOSHbooth
- If we cancel due to equipment failure or unavailability, 100% refund within 5–7 business days.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative date if cancellation is on our end.
Service Failure During Event
- If the booth fails to operate for more than 30 minutes during the event due to our equipment or software, a partial refund will be discussed and agreed with the client.
- Minor technical interruptions (under 30 minutes) do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds returned to original payment method only.
- Cash payments refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
