1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the photobooth software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.
2. Software Usage
The software is intended for event-based photobooth setups. Each licensed installation operates independently on a single device. Devices do not communicate with each other unless explicitly configured by the operator.
3. Booth Operator Responsibility
You are solely responsible for booth operation, hardware setup, guest consent, event permissions, data handling, and compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Media Upload & Sharing
Media uploads occur only when explicitly initiated by the operator (such as ending an event via the admin dashboard). Uploaded content may be stored in cloud storage and shared using generated URLs. You are responsible for how shared content is distributed and secured.
5. Ownership of Media
All photos, videos, and media captured using the software remain the property of the booth operator or event client. We do not claim ownership of any captured or uploaded content.
6. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, hardware failure, network issues, event disruption, or misuse of shared media links.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
